1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the RC Electrical Projects website and any services you request from us. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations and pricing
Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, if site conditions differ from those described, or if third-party equipment prices change materially between quotation and installation.
3. Pay after installation
On qualifying installations we offer a "Supply, Install, then Pay" option. Qualifying criteria include the type and value of the installation, the customer's address being within our service area, and successful completion of the work to the customer's satisfaction. Payment is due within 7 days of installation completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Warranties
Workmanship on new installations is warranted for 12 months. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which is typically 1 to 5 years depending on brand and product. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, power surges, or acts of nature.
5. Cancellations
Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may attract a call-out fee to cover technician time.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the specific service you have paid for. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by RC Electrical Projects or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
